Youth Counselor

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Ø       Must have STCW 95 Certification

Ø       Outgoing personality performer who is comfortable in front of an audience

Ø        Creative  professional appearance with excellent social skills

Ø       Team player

Ø       Ability to perform well under pressure

Ø       Well organized

Ø       Applications: Windows XP, including Word, Excel

SOME POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø       The Youth Counselor is responsible for the safety and supervision of children in the youth program.

Ø       Responsible for safety and supervision of children in the program from 3 to 12 years of age.

Ø       Responsible for running activities for the youth program.

Ø       Maintain inventory of items needed for the kids program.

Ø       Assist the Cruise Staff with activities when needed.

Ø       Mingle with guests during operational hours and maintain a professional image at all times.

Ø       Create and implement ideas that will generate/increase revenue and/or reduce costs to the company.

Other related duties as assigned.
