EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Ø       Must have STCW 95 Certification

Ø       Outgoing personality performer who is comfortable in front of an audience

Ø      Creative  professional appearance with excellent social skills

Ø       Team player

Ø       Ability to perform well under pressure

Ø       Well organized

Ø       Applications: Windows XP, including Word, Excel

 SOME POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ø     Assist Cruise Director in the running of the daily activities.

Ø     Assist Shore Excursion Manager with tour sales at the desk and tour dispatch.

Ø     Assist with ticket sales and guest service.

Ø     Assist Sound and Light staff with spotlight operation and logistical support during show times.

Ø     Assist with youth program when necessary.

Ø     Mingle with guests during operational hours and maintain a professional image at all times.

Ø     Participate in all passenger and crew lifeboat drills.

Ø     Assist at Captain’s Cocktail Parties.

Ø     Assist with the Embarkation/Disembarkation of guests.

Other related duties as assigned.
